Sports, Leisure and Amenity Buildings

Healthmatic design and install a variety of buildings for the managers of public facing organisations. These can be community spaces, multiple changing rooms and pavilions through to buildings for Army or other groups to meet and train. In whatever the case, the building needs to be fit for purpose and designed to fit with the local environment.

Our buildings are typically built on a steel base frame with timber uppers. They will be fitted with a robust range of internal and external fittings, to ensure these buildings are capable of withstanding the rigours of a “challenging” environment.

Pavilion delivery to site

Outdoor sport, whether grassroots, junior, veteran or all comers continues to boom – and for the sake of the Nation’s health, long may this continue. As with all increases in activity however, it requires additional, and typically smarter, infrastructure. We have the design team to bring your plans to reality, with installations which include:

  • Changing Rooms.
  • Officials rooms.
  • Showers and toilets.
  • Meeting Rooms.
  • Kitchen and Café areas.
  • Public Toilets.

We recommend robust materials for exterior walls and roof due to the increased likelihood of antisocial behaviour in areas where these facilities tend to be located. We will work with you to fully understand the local environment and conditions before we create a design which will bring your plans to life.

Environmental Considerations

We can also help you meet your environmental requirements through the introduction of green roofs and grey water harvesting. Although the green roofs require a small amount of maintenance, it will add to the buildings appearance, especially when overlooked by buildings, and improve the carbon footprint of the location.
