We are delighted to announce that we are a now part of three frameworks to make your purchase decisions faster and based on the most accurate and indepth analysis of our modular buildings.

This means our customers can order direct in the knowledge that a thorough check has already been undertaken of all aspects of our design and delivery process.

 • LHC MB3 is related to the design, supply and installation of Modular Buildings Framework.

The Modular Buildings (MB3) framework covers the design, supply, installation and hire of permanent, temporary and refurbished modular buildings. The framework can be used to support the development of education facilities, healthcare settings, offices, community buildings and mixed-use development

• YPO Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) -1230

This framework provides a route to market and full turnkey solutions for the purchase or hire for modular buildings across the public sector, including education, health, housing and justice sectors.

Procured under the Procurement Act 2023, Contracting Authorities are able to award without competition or by competitive selection process. All providers meet the Common Assessment Standard, ensuring that a minimum standard of health and safety and professional competence is shared amongst the supply base.

• ESPO 953_26 Modular Buildings

Framework 953 offers access to a wide range of modular buildings for use in a variety of situations. Customers are able to order anything from a basic shell modular building to a full turnkey solution, along with the ability to customise with additional options to fulfil individual requirements. Customers also have the option to access refurbished modular buildings. All modular buildings comply with The Building Regulations 2010, Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and all subsequent amendments. All timber and wood-derived products for supply or use in performance of a contract.
