Healthmatic Adventure Weekend
This year's company adventure weekend took us to South Wales and the mining town of Methyr Tydfil. For the intrepid - pictured here - Debbie designed a course around, up and through Pen-y-Fan that ensured a sound sleep on Saturday night.
