A new toilet for the North Coast of Wales. The tiles do not show that well in a photo, but they look fabulous, and the client, Flintshire Council is delighted. The doors were manufactured by a new sub contractor for us, and are also a great step forward. Recessed closure systems and five hinges; we hope they will prove very effective against attempted vandalism.
With an exterior designed by our Italian partners, and an interior honed from 25 years experience in providing clean and safe toilets, the all new 2010 range will provide our clients with an exciting and smart alternative to our 2000 and traditional Wessex range's.
This toilet has a toughened class canopy (offering some natural light into the toilet) and incorporates all the latest environmental features one would expect; grey water, solar options, anti - bacteria deep clean.

This dimpled Steel unit in Preston is one of three semi -automatics installed over the Winter.
We need to find a photo which does this toilet justice. Originally, this was the main underground toilet in Glasgow, with a large water tank and Disabled toilet situated above. The toilet was something of a landmark on the Glasgow, clad as it was in Iron, smoulted from the original Caladonian Railway.
However the problems down below ( yes - even in Glasgow we have the usual gamet of drugs and cottaging) , meant that something had to be done. When interviewed on the Street, the majority of shoppers and visitiors NEVER used the toilets as they were too scary.
Healthmatic worked with the planners in Glasgow to engineer a solution, and here we installed a new building, and used a combination of original cladding and newly moulded panels to recreate the splendour. Though we say it ourselves - this is a toilet to be proud of, and we must stress how helpful Glasgow City officers have been in this difficult process, in particular, Robert Davidson and Julia Greer.
This is the first Glass unit to be installed into Glasgow, and will eventually form one of six sites. It was built along the same lines as the Warsaw toilet below, using a concrete shell, and then a cladding system.
This Black Granite toilet has been installed into Warsaw as part of a City Wide effort by the Council. The roof line aims to providing as much natural light into the cubicle as possible
Planners were concerned that this new toilet for Albert Park in Reading would blend into the background. They specified a 'Green Screen' for the face and side of the toilet. Having started off fairly cynical about this green gesture, most of our staff have come round to the 'ivy' which certainly creates a feature.
This was originally a traditional toilet block, and we used the existing entrances to give direct access cubicles. It was completed in June 2009 after a fierce tender process and some fine financial management by Sheffield City Council.
Sheffield City are also the pioneers of the Community Toilet Scheme using non-financial incentives to persuade local cafes and pubs to open up their toilets to the Public. Flower baskets, rapid response litter picking and cigarette butt containers are all on offer to the willing business.
This 2000 APC was installed into Wesley Square in Newcastle. It is right on the edge of the Tyne and has a very high footfall both day and night.
The toilet is part of a program of installation across Newcastle, with further units being considered for the future.
Whitley Bay in North Tyneside is a popular seaside resort just North of Newcastle, with plenty of sea, sand and high spirits most nights of the year.
Up until now however, they have lacked certian important facilities for the revelers and the families visiting the beach. After a detailed tender process, and planning issues regarding the listed Castle beside the building, our new toilet has opened in time for the important Summer season.
The brickwork was designed to blend with an adjacent clock tower, and the toilet has three semi automatic cubicles.
It was a bit of a rush, but we were delighted to open this new Wessex APC in time for the Christmas revelers in Newcastle's premier night spot. Positioned towards the bottom of Big Market, this toilet will be in the forefront of the action most Thursday, friday and Saturday nights.
This APC has been installed as part of scheme to introduce a new set of toilets into the City Centre. Two more are being installed ionto Quayside and Morden Street.

Galway have installed our APC's within an oxidised Copper shell. The actual toilet pods themselves are over five years old, and were encased within our modular 'Wessex' shell. As part of the upgrade of Eyre Square, the Council decided to fit them within the single encasement.
A fine crowd join Piers to open the toilet in Midsomer Norton. A combination of Norton Radstock Town Council and Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) have combined forces to finance the opening of a new APC in Midsommer Norton. The toilet was first of a batch of APC's introduced by Bath.
Colchester were suffering from perreniel issues of men uriniating in this corner of their historic High Street. In 2007, the councillors had had enough, and sought the best solution to deal with the problem. They chose the Urilift as a solution which would deal effectively with the problems at night and quietly disappear during the day.

The toilets in Maugersbury Road in Stow-on-the-Wold are now ready to be used, with four Semi-Automatics toilets, three uni -sex and one DDA complient. This busy town in the heart of the Cotswolds attracts many tourists and we hope this will relieve the town's toilet issues. Healthmatic did a complete refurbishment of the exisiting building and as you can see have done a great job!
7th July London Road, Cirencester
With the original railings kept in place, this ultra modern toilet manages to keep some of it's original charm from its previous life after being replaced with an Healthmatic Semi-Automatic in-build toilet. The regular Unisex is at the other end of the building and the DDA complient pictured. This London Road toilet in Cirencester is our penultimate toilet that we are installing for Cotswold District Council. Our final one is being worked on at the moment in Stowe on- the -Wold High Street.

We have completed the busy toilets in Bourton-on-the-Water at Rissington Road. The toilet block is positioned in a busy car park in the centre next to Birdland, a very popular tourist spot within the busy Cotswolds. Healthmatic did a complete interior refurbishment ,including an extension to the exisiting building. The toilet provision has enabled the users to three direct access toilets and inside the building it provides ten cubicles for the ladies, three for the men with a large communal urinal panel. A great use of space for the council and a relief for the tourists.

We have completed our work in Aberdeen and it now boasts 3 brand new up to date toilets around the city. Two of the toilets have been built on previously demolished sites and one was a new building completely. All the toilets are Semi-Automatic with the finish similar to our Cotswold loos, a smart clean finsh that aims to make the user have an at home loo experience. The double bay at Duthie Park is DDA complient.

Our team have now completed the work in Carterton in West Oxfordshire and two semi -automatics are in place, one which is DDA complient. After demolishing the existing building we replaced it with a modular building which was constructed within our factory and offloaded by crane. We also relandscaped the area and our team completed the beautiful brickwork .
At the end of Feb ’08 Healthmatic officially opened three automatic toilets, one DDA compliant and two regular APC’s in Pymms Park, Enfield.
The building provided an interesting challenge to our installation team, with its many features and pergoda style roof.
The toilets will be a welcome relief to the visitors to the park, who have spent two years without a facility.
‘Super new loo touches down in town recreation area'
Thats how the Residents of Raunds saw their new loo as it was installed into the town centre.
In a landmark deal, East Northants have rented the APC for five years before handing the toilet over to the town to manage from then on. It forms an important part of the regeneration of Raunds and will be replicated across the district.

After the demolition of the previous public conveniences, Billericay Town Council had been anxious to replace them. After in depth negotations with the local Distict Council, Billericay were finally granted permission to use two parking spaces in the centre's car park for which they pay (two season tickets) to put a single APC on. The Town Council and local residents are delighted at the opening of the new toilet, with the Mayor of Billericay conducting the ceremony.
